Stroud Artists Cooperative is a voluntary group of artists set up in 2021to provide a network of mutual support and opportunity for sharing skills, ideas and resources for localartists.
The project “Park Life” was conceived by local artist Chris James, one of the co-founders of the SAC and has contributions across multiple disciplines from over 20 SAC members.
The exhibition is hosted by the Museum in the Park’s gallery space, in the beautiful and historic Stratford Park, a short walk from Stroud town centre and will be open during the normal hours for the Museum throughout August 2026.
This project has given our members lots of opportunities to show their appreciation of our local parks and open spaces and the facilities and resources they offer – and celebrate the many ways that local people can enjoy and take benefit from them.
