​Information:

• The criteria for inclusion are firmer than for a straight forward SAC Exhibition, so be warned!

• Size is limited to a maximum on any one side of 40cms including any frame.

• Prices are limited to under £180

• The cost for submission is £5/piece upto a maximum of 3 pieces (so £15)

• We will select at least ONE piece from your submission (but note there is NO refund for non-selected pieces).

• The fee is paid on submission

• Submissions are open now and close on 15th November

• Confirmation of the selections will come by 20th November (if you don’t hear – check we recieved your submission).

 

Delivery of art:

• Each piece must be . (there will be labelling and listings taken from the submission forms but we will need to be really clear as to which ones we have in our hands!).

• Each piece must have at least 4x command strips on the back with which to hang the piece – this means the back MUST be flat and clear of any protuberances! Yes - please put your command strips on before delivery!

• If we can’t hang it, it won’t go up.

• There are two delivery options:

  • To me in the Van at Church St carpark on Sunday 23rd November 2-3pm.

  • Direct to the gallery in Cheltenham at 6:15 - 6:30pm on Wednesday 26th November

 

Private viewing / Launch

This will be on Thursday 27th November 5:30 - 8pm

 

Collection of Art:

You can collect your work either direct from the gallery on Wednesday 3rd December at 1pm; or from me in the van again in Church St carpark on Sunday 7th.
